We are delighted to know you are interested in APPLYING to the 2022 Summer Physics Camp for Young Women.
Please, fill out the different sections so we can get to know you and what you are interested in. We will make a selection a week after the deadline for submission of applications (4/3/2022)
The questions below are meant to get to know you better and help us design the camp. Acceptance to the camp is NOT based on grades or GPA, whether you are in Honors or AP classes or whether you already want to go into a STEM field. Getting to know YOU and what you are doing in school or what you enjoy will help us make the camp even better for YOU. It also help us report information back to funding agencies that support this program and allow this program to be FREE to you.
To apply for the camp you will need to:
1- Submit this form [personal info, short essay, etc]
2-Ask a teacher/counselor/mentor to send a reference letter explaining why they think this camp will be beneficial to you (email to :  spcyw-nm@lanl.gov)
3-Send email with copies of school transcripts showing you have Algebra I level of math.(email to :  spcyw-nm@lanl.gov)
