Information Design Academy - Application
Thanks for your interest in the Information Design Academy.  

My name is Chris Lysy, I am the founder and lead instructor.

The purpose of this application is to learn a little about you and your professional goals.  I also want to make sure the academy, my teaching style, and our professional community is the right fit for your needs.  The last thing I want to do is waste your time or provide instruction you won't need or use.

I regularly monitor applications and will let you know if you've been accepted into the academy usually within a week of your submission.  

Enrollment officially opens 4 times a year - Spring, Summer, Fall, Winter.  I am willing and able to make exceptions based on personal circumstances but prefer to enroll participants in cohorts.
