The rate for adults or chaperones/volunteers is yet to be determined. It could be the same as the student rate, but will depend on how many express interest. This form is not your commitment to go, it is only to express your interest in attending in some capacity.

Chaperone/Volunteer: Will have full access to all student events. Will be responsible for monitoring a small group of students that are assigned to you.

In order to serve as a band chaperone (home games or away games or band trips)...
...you will need to complete paperwork, training, and background check at a summer Band Booster Meeting (June 2024) at no cost.

New: "Enhanced Background check" is now required specifically for overnight trips. The cost is approximately $55.
Do parents need to sign up now with the trip company?
No, not yet. Once we determine the specific price point, we will give directions for how adults will register.
