2019 REGISTRATION PROCESS

Step 1:  (CHANGE FROM LAST YEAR)    
- Register each student  information by completely filling out the form below.  
VERY IMPORTANT!!!!  EACH SIBLING MUST REGISTER SEPARATELY!      

Step 2:
In section 5 of this form, Create an account AND register on the Pineywoods Website:

- Read through these instructions carefully:

To confirm that you have successfully created an account AND registered, you need to have received these two emails:

1) "Thank you for creating an account"
2) Registration confirmation

There will be a Registration Confirmation email for each student who is registered. If you do not receive these emails, please ensure that you have followed the correct steps before coming to the registration table.

Step 3:    
- Write check out to SBC (not NLF)
See registration fees in the 2019 SNY WR Information & FAQ Sheet link listed above
One check per family please
Write name(s) of student(s) on Memo line

Step 4:  
- Print & Sign SNY Waiver Form for each student.
Each student must have his or her own signed permission form

Step 5:
- Submit check and signed SNY Waiver form in person at MVMNT Registration Table
Checks will not be accepted without accompanying signed waiver(s)
Registration Table will confirm completion of all five steps and will hand you a written receipt

Your registration is NOT COMPLETE unless all 5 steps are complete.

* There will not be a confirmation email this year.  A written receipt will be handed to you at the WR Registration booth.
 Please keep the receipt for your record.
