Please use this form to register for the TACA Emerging Leaders Academy Year II.
The form must be submitted by November 30, 2019.

Cost for year II is $2,250 which is due with this form on November 15, 2019 to confirm your place in the program for 2020.  The first meeting for the program will be the TACAMP Advanced course held on January 14, 2020.

Emerging Leaders (Year 2 - 2020)
Emerging Leader II is a course in formal leadership.  Building on the lessons of EL I, this is the “graduate course” that explores topics like the difference between managing and leading, the nitty-gritty of running meetings, techniques for handling challenging employee situations, and how to give and receive constructive criticism effectively. Whether you have just become a team leader or have been a manager for years, this course will help you become a more effective leader of people.
