• GOLD: Championship Game Winners & Runner up will receive a team award & medals for players
• SILVER: Championship Game Winners will receive a team award & medals for players
• BRONZE: (if 12 teams) Championship Game Winner will receive a team award -note one umpire

*Note: 10u- 2 Pool games plus single elimination (Fee 525.00) one umpire and game balls included

Proof of Insurance:
 - must be submitted by June 4 with additional Insured Diamond Pros 248-54 89th Ave, Bellerose, NY 11426

ASA/USA rules:
 -Roster must be submitted by Tuesday, June 6th - Once submitted no changes can be made, Birth certificates   must be on hand
 -Coin flip for home or away for pool play, higher seed choice for playoffs
 -Mercy Rule: 8 after 5 innings
 -Game times 1:25 finish the inning or 7 complete innings within that time
- pool games can end in a tie
- Playoff games: 1:25 finish the inning time limit. If time expires, and the score is tied we must have a winner, thus we will go into an International tie-breaker (the last batter from the previous inning starts on second base)
- Championship Game: 1:45 finish the inning. If after the 7th inning is complete, and the score is tied we must have a winner, thus we will go into an International tie-breaker

 -No Protests. Umpire's decision is final

Unforeseen Circumstances: If Lady Diamond Pros cancels the entire tournament; you will receive a full refund.

Refund Policy: (if you cancel)
Any cancellation made 30 days prior to the event- refund minus $50.00 processing fee
Any cancellation made 15-30 days prior to the event- 50% refund will be issued
Any Cancellation made 11-14 days prior to the event - no refund, credit for 1 year.
Any Cancellation made less than10 days prior to the event - NO Refund, NO Credit.

Inclement Weather:
If rain comes into play, we will do everything we can to keep the original game schedule, but if needed game times or schedule format might need to be adjusted, (0 games played: refund less 95.00 administration fee; 1 game played: refund 65%; 2 games played: refund 40%; no other refunds will be made)
