Welcome to Hot NOLA Summer, which will be hosted in a suburb of New Orleans, LA. The event will be at a smaller venue so table spots will be limited, this is a great event for authors, artists and vendors from areas that can drive in since it will not be hosted at a hotel. There are hotels near the venue though if you do need to stay overnight. *This is an interest form only, completing the form does not obligate or guarantee you will get a table at the event. One 72' x 30' (6ft) table will be provided. If you upgrade to a vendor space you will be provided with two 6ft tables in an L shape within an 8x8ft spot.

Requirements:

Tables - Tables are for authors that are currently publishing and artists that have artwork for sale or to purchase at the event. We ask for authors who purchase a table to only sell your own books. If you are interested in selling books that you did not author or merchandise that requires more room we ask that you purchase a vendor space.

Half-Tables - If you are requesting a half-table you will be paired up with another random half-table author unless you specify in your interest form who you would like to share a table for. Please do not purchase a full table and then split the table since the name listed on the promotion and all correspondence will be conducted with the name listed on the application.

Vendor Spaces - We are opening up the event to a few vendors. We are asking for vendors that specialize in book-related items, produce their own artwork that would be cohesive with a target market of mostly readers and literary folks, or are within the publishing industry. These spots are limited so we do want to make sure they fit, you wouldn't want to pay for a spot and there would be no interest in your product, so we are making sure that the fit is just right. $50 deposit is required for full tables, $25 for half tables upon acceptance. The balance will be required to be paid in full by June 1st.
