Thank you for your interest in reserving space in the UM-Flint Recreation Center. This form only serves as an inquiry, and does not guarantee a reservation. A staff member will be in contact within 5 business days regarding space availability, rental estimates, and applicable policies. Learn about our spaces & policies here.

Please submit by the listed deadlines:
- events with less than 50 people: at least 3 weeks before the event date
- events with 50+ people: at least 4 weeks before the event date

- events for student orgs/club sports: small events, meeting requests or additional practices can be accommodated, if space is available, with less than 3 week notice

Rental Pricing

Rental fees apply for all confirmed rentals, and event insurance may be required for external rentals. There is no rental charge for small scale student org or University department events.**

Basketball Courts - $60/hr, per court
Group Fitness Studios - $50/hr
Track - $150/hr
Pool - due to it's small size, the pool is not available for rental during regular operating hours*

*Requests for events outside of regular operating hours will incur additional fees. Complete this form for availability/price quote.

**Fees may apply for large scale events, staff assistance with programming, or revenue generating events.

Events with Children:

There are special University requirements for these events - details here (under the age of 18). Requests must be submitted a minimum of 2 months before event date.
