Kata Confidential Computing Meeting Time

Currently the Kata CC use case meeting alternates between 12:00 UTC (8:00 AM Eastern) and 15:00 UTC (11:00 AM Eastern). For some people the earlier time is not viable and for some people alternating between times is annoying. Is there a better way to accommodate our diverse community?
