Queer Yoga 2021: Build your home practice with Emerson Delacroix, MACP, LLP, RYT-200
Join Emerson Delacroix, MACP, LLP, RYT-200, and other queer folx for a 5-hour virtual course on building your home practice. The one hour class time will be decided as a group, of no more than 10, on a weekly basis. You will learn how to choose poses to meet your physical, mental, and emotional goals. We will discuss form, prep, and adjustments for your peak pose goal.

Each of us will choose a peak pose to work on over the 5 weeks. If one of these poses appeal to you, please choose one, or write in the pose you'd like to focus. *
I enjoy making yoga accessible despite physical aches and pains you're experiencing. Please tell me about any physical injuries or issues that are currently problematic. Also, please let me know if this is something you feel comfortable sharing about in the group for the purposes of showing variations on poses. *

The Intermediate course is now scheduled starting weekly on 1/23/21 from 12-1pm. There are 4 slots open.
