New Life Preschool Registration 2024-2025
Welcome to New Life Preschool! Please fill out all required fields.  Along with this form, please submit a check for the non-refundable registration fee of $100 and yearly activity/enrichment/supply fee of $95 per child. Checks should be made payable to New Life Preschool and may be submitted in person or mailed to the school at New Life Preschool, 900 Old Hundred Road, Midlothian, VA, 23114.

All new students need to show an original birth certificate. Please make arrangements with the office to stop by with your child's birth certificate. Registration is not complete until check has been submitted and birth certificate is presented.

Classes offered:

Toddler 2's (18 months old by September 30th) - Thursdays, 9:30-12:20

Two's (2 years old by September 30th) - Monday/Wednesday or Tuesday/Thursday, 9:30-12:20

Three's (3 years old by September 30th) - Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday or Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday, 9:35-12:35

Pre-K 4's (4 years old by September 30th) - Monday - Thursday, 9:30-12:30

JK 5's (5 years old by September 30th) - Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, 9:30-1:00 and Tuesday, 9:30-2:00

How did you hear about us?
Registration and enrichment/activity/supply fees of $195 are due at the time of registration and are non-refundable. Checks may be sent in your child's folder (current students), dropped off in person, or mailed to the school.

The first month's tuition payment will be due by April 1st and is non-refundable. This is used to hold your child's place and will be applied toward the May 2025 tuition payment. Subsequent monthly tuition payments will be due by the 15th of the preceding month. (i.e.: September's tuition will be due August 15th).  A late fee of $15 will be added if tuition is not received by the 20th.  

Please note that you are registering your child for the entire school year.  A 30-day written notice is required for withdrawal and any tuition due during that time is required.  If you must withdraw February 1, 2025 or after, you are required to pay any remaining tuition.

You will receive an email confirming placement in a class or on the waitlist within a few days of submitting this form. 

Upon receipt of class placement confirmation, please make arrangements to bring in an original birth certificate for the office staff to view and submit a check made payable to New Life Preschool for the non-refundable fees of $195.  This must be completed within one week for registration to be considered complete.

All new students are also required to submit the Virginia School Entrance Health Form by August 1st.
