It is our goal to form a partnership with school, parents, and our center. Reaching out to your Mathlete's teacher is a key step in formalizing that communication, but it requires your written permission. Here is the sample of what we will send, along with a copy of the most recent assessment. It is our goal to continue this communication throughout the school year. In order to do so, please sign the permission form and provide the requested information below. Without the teacher's email, we cannot begin the process.
