This is a late registration, the expectation after making the payment is to get a google classroom invitation to your child's account. Unfortunately we will not be able to send a welcome letter email to the parents but it is posted in the steam of the google classroom.
*Any registrations made after the 13th of August will be considered a late
registration. Those who register late will not be able to join any class until after
Labor Day Weekend (9/7). For this reason, teachers are instructed not to teach
the first lesson during the first week (except for Monday sections), but will
introduce themselves to the students, their expectations for the class and warmup material.
The classes begin in August/September 2021 and continue throughout the academic year.

This is the registration form for level 2: Math and English Supplementary Instruction. There are two semesters:
--> August 2021 - January 2022 $1,100.00
--> February 2022 - June 2022: $1,100.00
***Course expectations: after you complete and submit this enrollment form, and we receive your payment, your child will receive a Google Classroom invitation to the student email address that you provide in this form. Please make sure to create an email address for your child because the name associated with the email address must match the name we have in our system.
Please also make sure to enable Google Classroom notifications, so that your child receives the Google Classroom invitation. In order to enable notifications, please go to the Google Classroom homepage. Then, please click the three lines in the top left hand corner and click Settings, which is located at the bottom. Please make sure Email notifications are on and that the button is blue and specifically, that notifications for receiving Google Classroom invitations is on.
The student's email address will only be used for the Google Classroom; all other important announcements will be sent to the provided parent email addresses. As a parent, you may follow up with your child's Google Classroom by logging into your child's email address and viewing it.
Both the registration form and payment needs to be received for registration to be complete and your child to be assigned to a class.

PAYMENT METHOD AND OPTIONS:
1) WRITE A CHECK:
Write a check made out to Curie Learning. The child's first and last name must be included in the MEMO line, and all checks must be written out in blue or black ink.
--> Drop the check/cash in person at our South Riding Location: 43250 Stonewall Pond Street, Chantilly, VA, 20152. *The check should be made payable to "Curie Learning"
--> Drop the check in the tuition drop box (there are two, one is gray and one is red) next to the entrance door of our South Riding location. *The check should be made payable to "Curie Learning"
--> Mail the check to 43250 Stonewall Pond Street, Chantilly, VA, 20152. Please be aware that mailing can take 3-5 business days; therefore, it needs to be planned in advance, so it reaches one week before enrollment date (access to the class will not be granted until payment is received in full). *The check should be made payable to "Curie Learning"
2) PAY ONLINE:
--> Online payment can be made by sending us an email to
curielearning@gmail.com. Upon request, we will send you an invoice to pay online using PayPal, credit card, or debit card. However, please note that an additional 3% will be charged as a processing fee charged by PayPal or ANY online payment.
