Supporting Staff Wellbeing through Trauma-Informed Practice
Reflect on your own practice, be challenged to look through a new lens, and be inspired to do the 'new normal' differently.

Covid continues to have a traumatic impact on our schools and supporting staff wellbeing is more important than ever.

This intimate leadership workshop will introduce you to the concepts of trauma-informed practice in schools.

We then use these concepts to look at practical approaches to supporting staff wellbeing - this is not just about providing more kai at morning tea!

In addition, you will receive one year's access to 4 online Modules that can be used in team or staff meetings to introduce the concepts of Trauma Informed Practice to your wider team.

Online Modules at https://potential-to-performance.teachable.com/

- Introduction to Trauma-Informed Practice (Brooke Trenwith)
- Building Trust (Brooke Trenwith)
- Supporting Staff in Times of Crisis (Brooke Trenwith)
- Safe to Learn (Vanessa White)

Investment: $295 + GST per person

Lunch and morning tea are included.
