Yearly participants' fee of $50.00 is required to offset marketing efforts, special events, postage, and continued support of the work in fostering the growth and development of the Downtown Marketplace and cultural environment.

Payments must be made in advance of Saturday's markets by Tuesday 6pm. Payments paid online: www.tlhdowntown.com/downtownmarket

Special events warrant fees that are adjusted accordingly.

I hereby agree to defend, indemnify and hold Downtown Market, its sponsors, Tallahassee Downtown Improvement Authority, City of Tallahassee, and Leon County harmless from and against any claim, demand, suit, loss, causes of action, damages, liabilities, obligations, costs, expenses, and judgments (including without limitation, death, and damages to property) caused by participants acts or omissions or failure to abide by the rules and conditions contained therein. The Saturday Downtown Marketplace management reserves the right to final interpretation of all rules.
