As per Regulation 5.4.6 Schools may request to play in a division higher than designated by the NSSAF Division Allocation process as defined in regulation 5.1. Regulation 5.4.6:

5.4.5 Division Change
5.4.5i) Schools may request to move up a division of play in a sport to participate in competition that Is more appropriate for the team.
5.4.5ii) The team must remain in the higher division for the entire season applied for.
5.4.5iii) The team will remain in the higher division until the school notifies the Executive Director prior to a future sport season.
5.4.5iv) A team changing division may not host a provincial championship in the first year.

Sports that have divisional play include:

Baseball         Basketball            Hockey                 Rugby             Slo-Pitch         Soccer        Volleyball

Football (division change determined by NSSAFFL)
