2023-2024 SACC REGISTRATION FORM 
The SACC Before and After School program (SACC) is available for students currently enrolled in grades K - 5 in Cherry Hill Public Schools.  Space is limited and is available on a first come first come basis.  

Registration forms will only be submitted through this Google Doc and a registration form is needed for each child.  Registration forms will not be accepted via email, by hand or by mail.  A letter of acceptance or waitlist status will be emailed the week of July 17th.
