Adult Volunteer/Staff Summer Application 2024
Please fill out all questions. 
Staffing/Volunteers are chosen based on the number of children registered for Camp. We do our best to honor all  requests while being as fair as possible. Special Note: regular Children's Ministry volunteers and returning counselors that have received favorable recommendations from Heritage Staff members will have priority placement. When you check the dates that you are willing to work/volunteer for you are agreeing to work the entire week as listed in the dates below. 

Pre-Camp Training (Must Attend One of the Following) 
Sunday, May, 26th 5:00 to 6:00 PM Fellowship Hall
Sunday, June 30th 12:30PM to 1:30PM Fellowship Hall

Camps/VBS Dates 

Session 1 Heritage Kids Camp: June 3rd - 7th (Monday - Friday) Hours 8:30AM to 12:30PM

Set Up Day June 2nd 12:30PM to 2:30PM AND Clean Up Day June 7th 12:30 1:30* 

(Both Required if working the June 3rd Camp) 

Extended Hours: June 3rd - 7th (Monday - Friday) Hours 12:00PM to 2:30PM


Heritage Musical Performance Camp: June 24th - 28th (Monday - Friday) Hours 8:30AM to 2:30PM

Set Up Day June 23rd 12:30PM to 2:30PM AND Clean Up Day June 28th 12:30 1:30* 

(Both Required if working the June 24th Camp) 


Summer JAM (PVBS/VBS): July 8th - 12th (Monday - Friday) Hours  8:30AM to 12:30PM

Set Up Day July 7th 12:30PM to 2:30PM AND Clean Up Day July 12th 12:30 1:30   (Both Required if working the July 8th Camp)


Session 2 Heritage KIDS Camp: July 22nd - 26th (Monday - Friday) Hours  8:30AM to 12:30PM

Set Up Day July 21st 12:30PM to 2:30PM AND Clean Up Day July 26th 12:30 1:30*

(Both Required if working the July 22nd Camp)

Extended Hours: July 22nd - 26th (Monday - Friday) Hours 12:00PM to 2:30PM



By Submitting this Form you are agreeing that you will work Camps and times that you will be assigned. You are also agreeing that you will be present for Pre-Camp Training/Meeting, Camp Set Up, on time for your shift, and clean up. Please know that this is also an application not all application may be accepted. The Submission of this Form will act as your electronic Signature. 

You will be notified by May 15h 2023 by mail, if your application has been accepted. When you receive your Contract please be sure to sign and return it by Tuesday, May 30th along with the forms included in your packet.
