Thank you for offering additional help for new potential clients! While having great reviews helps new clients feel safe with a new pet sitter, some people have some additional questions that they would like to speak to a referral for to get some insight.
Referrals will always be able to reach out on their own time! I will never give out your phone number or email to a potential client. I will reach out to you personally with their information!
In less common cases, if a business (such as a veterinary office) would like referrals, I may have them reach out to you instead of the other way around! You will always be contacted by me first to get permission for this, and I will do my best to have them reach out to you at a time that works for you.
