💡 By entering the tournament, I agree to accept the terms and conditions. Entry fee is non-refundable if play is disrupted by any
circumstances beyond the control of the organisers. The organisers will not be held responsible for any loss, damage or injury
sustained by players or property. The organisers reserve the right to reject entries, modify format details and combine divisions as deemed necessary.
💡 I understand that during the registration process, I will be given a link to pay the entry fee, and my registration will only be accepted if payment has been received by Cambridge Volleyball Club.
💡 My team and I understand that the tournament is run entirely by volunteers and will abide by the following rules:
🔥 NO NAKED FLAMES or BBQ anywhere in the grounds.
🍷 NO GLASS (including bottles) to be used outside of the Rugby Clubhouse
🔊 We will keep the noise down after 11pm.
🚯 We will keep the place tidy by disposing rubbish in the bins and skip provided.
🙏 We will respect the neighbours and surroundings.
🐕🦺 No dogs are allowed (except guide dogs).
🏉 We will keep off the rugby pitches at all times.
We are keen to foster a strong working relationship with the venue for future tournaments 🤩 thank you for your support on this.
