Masks are required by all guests to be worn covering the nose and mouth at all times. No food or drink allowed at this event. By registering for this event below you agree to all above.

All Attendees can enter directly through the door labeled "Enter" from the outside of the building at the library parking lot (Backside of the building.)

Self-monitoring Checklist

Prior to attending you must complete the following checklist.  If you answer YES to any of these statements, DO NOT attend this event.

Symptoms:
Fever (100.0° Fahrenheit or higher), chills, or shaking chills
Cough (not due to other known cause, such as chronic cough)
Difficulty breathing or shortness of breath
New loss of taste or smell
Sore throat
Headache when in combination with other symptoms
Muscle aches or body aches
Nausea, vomiting, or diarrhea
Fatigue, when in combination with other symptoms
Nasal congestion or runny nose (not due to other known causes, such as allergies) when in combination with other symptoms

Close Contact
A household member or close contact (within 6 feet for >15 min, cumulatively over 24 hours) to anyone with a known diagnosis of COVID-19 in the past 14 days.
Travel
Travel greater than 24 hours outside of Massachusetts in the past 10 days that included any of these higher risk situations:
International travel
Travel by plane, bus, train
Travel by car with individuals from outside your household.
Travel to amusement parks or other densely populated venues.
Travel that includes unmasked activities with people from outside of your household
