Thanks for your interest in our flowers and floral design offerings for your special day! The following questionnaire is a starting point to help guide us to develop a plan for your wedding flowers. We understand your plans are still in the works, so please fill out what you know as best you can at this early stage, and we will work from there. We strongly encourage you to share photos to help us clarify your vision and to give you an estimate based on your needs.

To book our floral design services we require a $200.00 save the date deposit (applied to your final payment), and signed Floral Agreement. We advise ‘24 and ‘25 inquiries to communicate with us between November and April if possible, so that we can give you the prompt communication and the full attention you deserve. Once our busy farm and wedding season begins in April we shift gears to focus entirely on current weddings and managing the farm, and our turnaround time for quotes takes longer until the season slows down in November.

Due to high demand and limited time on weekends, we only offer full service floral design and delivery within a couple miles of Cooperstown, NY. We keep the focus on Cooperstown because weddings a short distance from our farm allow us to make the best use of our time and delivery vehicles. Growing and designing wedding flowers is a costly endeavor and to make it viable for our farm and design team, we need to prioritize local weddings to eliminate the extra expense and time that often comes with delivering to distant venues.

Ordering DIY Flower Buckets of loose stems, and designing your own wedding flowers is a great option for couples getting married outside of our delivery range. Many couples with barn venues in the Catskills, Adirondacks, and Capital Regions travel to our farm to pick up DIY buckets, and create lovely designs. We can also discuss a combination of a la carte design ( we design trickier items like bridal bouquets) and DIY Buckets, all for at-farm pick up. If you are interested in ordering DIY Buckets please only complete the required and applicable items you will be designing with the buckets, and I'd be happy to guide you through any designing and flower care questions you may have.

While we do not set a minimum for full service designs including delivery and set-up. But we do require a minimum budget of $3,000 for weddings that require any on-site floral installations such as arbor arrangements or extensive, large scale designs festooned over a structure, wall or tent. This is due to the additional labor and time needed to help construct on-site.
