Families may use this optional form to share knowledge of their child. Your child’s current teacher collaborates with other professionals in order to create balanced classrooms. Families with more than one child attending VAIS next year should use one form for each child. If you choose to fill this out, please complete and return the form no later than Monday, May 15, 2023.
All parent comments concerning placement must be made on this form. This information will be shared with next year’s teachers before class lists are finalized over the summer. Then, at the start of next school year, your child's teacher will request additional information in order to learn more about your learner as an individual.
