A bit more about why we created this survey: America’s mental health is in crisis. And the nonprofit sector in particular is struggling to manage the social outpouring of needs whilst still caring for its own burnt out workforce. Close to two-thirds of adults (63%) said their life has been forever changed by the COVID-19 pandemic, according to APA’s 2022 Stress in America poll. Surveys show that 81% of workers say employers’ support of mental health is important to them in their future job decisions. Basic care for employees’ psychological well-being is table stakes for today’s competitive and successful organizations. So we wanted to see where we are today - thanks for your help in this!
