Springvale Floral Event Staff Questionnaire
We appreciate your interest in joining our rapidly growing team!

We are looking for dependable, hard-working, people-loving team members to join us. If you want to gain event experience or just love being around flowers and are up for hard, fast, rewarding work, we’d love for you to join our team!

Current Available Roles:

Event Set-Up Crew
-No experience is needed, but you must be comfortable carrying heavy things, loading, unloading, and cleaning, all while maintaining the Springvale Floral philosophy of going above and beyond for each client and always willing to lend a helping hand to fellow vendors whenever needed.
- Event days only (typically Fridays, Saturdays, or Sundays, 10am-7pm *hours vary). $20/hour and up based on experience

Design Assistance
-If you’re interested in design, we also have opportunities for freelancers to assist with our floral designs during the week!
-Experienced designers start at $20+/hour

Event Clean-Up Crew:
- Excellent position if you keep odd hours, like to work hard and efficiently, and want to bring home free flowers :)
- Event days only (typically Fridays, Saturdays, or Sundays, 10pm-12:30am *hours vary). $35/hour, $150 minimum

Requirements for all roles:
-reliable transportation to and from each event
-eagerness to learn
-willingness to hustle
-ability to carry 30+ lbs and climb up ladders as needed
