Support Renewals is an Irish owned company based in Wicklow, Ireland. Support Renewals offers a web platform for companies of all sizes, in any region, to track and manage their IT support renewals, contracts and budgets. The purpose of this survey is to ascertain the renewal habits of businesses and to understand how they handle their IT hardware, software and license renewals.
