Use this form to schedule a time to pick up your child(ren)'s Chromebook(s) from SVRCS, and submit a Chromebook Agreement Form (if your child is in grades K-8).

When you arrive, join the line of vehicles, and DO NOT leave your vehicle. An SVRCS staff member will assist you.
