2024 SPOT-LITE VENDOR APPLICATION
THIS APPLICATION IS FOR THE INTENT OF BEING A ONE TIME TRIAL "SPOT-LITE" VENDOR WITH THE OWASSO FARMER AND ARTISAN MARKET DURING THE 2024 SEASON. THIS IS A BASIC FORM FOR THE REVIEW AND APPROVAL OF THE BOARD. ONCE APPROVED YOUR 40.00 NON REFUNDABLE FEE IS DUE UPON INVOICING. IF THE FEE IS NOT PAID IN ADVANCE TO HOLD YOUR SPOT, YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO SET UP.

INSTRUCTIONS (PLEASE READ FIRST):

1.  It is a vendor’s responsibility to know what permits, licenses, and certificates are required, and all must be current and valid. You must provide a copy of all licenses or permits (required) and liability insurance (where applicable).

2.  Once approved by the Board, Vendors are to pay their Spotlite fee either by cash in person or Square invoice, information to be provided. This is a non-refundable season fee that must be paid in full in order to setup. Cash option can be paid Saturdays from 8am - 12pm during the Farmers market on Main. The fee amount is required upon approval notification: 40.00. If invoice is not paid within 72 hours we will pull your application and you would be required to resubmit. If you require extra time to pay the fee or if you need to pay cash it is your responsibility to contact us to organize this.

3. SPOT-LITE vending options are limited to 1x set up. The fee is  40.00 for each set up and each vendor is responsible for their own marketing. If you choose to become a Season vendor this fee will be transferred for you.  Spots are 10x10 in size and would be in the grass. You will need to provide your own tent, tables and chairs, etc.

4. We ask for 72 Business hours for the review and vote of all applications. Business hours are from 9am -6pm M-F only, we do not review or vote on weekends.

Limitation of Liability
The Owasso Farm and Artisan Market and all associated properties and owners, agents, employees, directors, and officers (Associated Property and Persons) shall not be liable for any claim, demand, damage, accident, or injury to persons or property occurring directly or indirectly as a result of Vendor’s use and occupancy on the Saturday of every week from approximately the 4th of May (Market Events) to October 5th.
 Vendor agrees that the Vendor shall be solely responsible for the acts and omissions of Vendor’s servants, employees, helpers, agents, guests, family members, customers, and merchandise during the use and occupancy at Market Events. The Vendor also agrees to hold harmless the Market and Associated Property and Persons against any acts of God, which include, but are not limited to, rain, flood, and wind. 
By signing this contract the Vendor agrees to abide by all the conditions and rules herein stated and to the release of liability without refund. If, for any reason, it becomes impossible to hold the Market Event where and when planned (change of location or cancelation of season), this contract becomes null and void without liability. My signature below certifies that I have read and understand the OFAM Rules and Regulations, and agree to abide by all the rules & regulations of the OFAM. I understand my membership in the OFAM can be revoked without notice. I also understand the OFAM has the right to inspect my farm or business with or without notice.
