Discover Boston in the Spring/Summer: Thursday, March 17; 12pm - 1pm ET in E19-202
Presented by the ISO. We will be sharing ideas for cheap and free things to do in the Boston/Cambridge area. You are encouraged to take advantage of what the city has to offer, especially once it gets warmer in the spring and summer!

Imposter Phenomenon: Tuesday, March 29; 5pm to 6pm in 32-124
Presented by Dr. Maryam Khodadoust PsyD. Do you make excuses about your successes? (“I’m just lucky, was at the right place at the right time, anyone could have done it.” etc). Do you remember every failure and review it like a crime scene--over and over again your head? Do you procrastinate on academic work that matters to you? Have you held back from submitting a paper for publishing or conference or grant? You may be suffering from Imposter Phenomenon. Learn about this phenomenon and strategies to keep it from hijacking your academic experience.

Dating and Long-term Relationships: Friday, April 8; 12pm -1pm in E19-202
Presented by Dr. Maria Minkova PsyD, MIT Student Mental Health & Counseling Services. Please join us for a brief presentation on intimacy and romantic relationships. We will address the paradox of choice in dating and key steps in the process of developing healthy relationships. Students will learn more about vulnerability, creating deeper and more meaningful connections, and maintaining boundaries.

Presented by Dr. Susanna (Zan) Barry, Community Wellness. This wellness coaching workshop will provide strategies to help you maintain focus, eat for energy, and get the best sleep that you can so you can finish this semester with strength and vitality.
