Mandatory School Board Leadership Training

This four hour training is REQUIRED for all school board members and meets the requirement set forth by 015 ILCS 5/10-16a. The training is also open to members who have been trained but who want a refresher. This training was developed by school board members and retired superintendents from east-central Illinois - These are the people who have walked in your shoes and by your side. The presentation features more information and interactive scenarios on the topics of:

- Education and Labor Law
- Financial Oversight and Accountability
- Fiduciary Responsibilities

This training will be held on June 1, 2023 from 5:30 p.m. - 9:30 p.m. at the ROE #3 Professional Development Center in Vandalia, IL. Dinner will be served at 5:00 p.m.
