Senior Survey: Class of 2023
Your senior year is almost over, can you believe it? Keep up the good work and finish strong! We have a few questions for you that we need answered. The questions may seem random, because they cover several topics, but please know it's important that we get this information from every senior! As always, thanks for being our student, you'll always be a part of WCCC!

Check with your friends to make sure they've filled this survey out! All seniors must complete this form to participate in our Senior Ceremony (and get their guest tickets), and get their senior class t-shirt.

What program are you in? *
Do you plan to walk in our Senior Celebration Ceremony? This is our version of graduation where you wear your cap and gown and receive your Career Passport.  This event is Wednesday, May 17th, 7:00 pm at the UD Arena.

There are no guest limits or tickets needed for the ceremony (yay!)

I understand that if I plan to participate in the Senior Celebration, I MUST attend the mandatory practice on Monday, May 15th. (The only exception is if your homeschool is having practice on the same day). *
I want to attend, but need to rent or borrow a cap and gown because I did not order one. *

Would you be interested in being a speaker for the Senior Ceremony?  (Keep in mind, we have very few speakers so we're just looking to see who would be interested. We have many variables to think about when picking student speakers; we will reach out to you if you are to be considered.) *
If you had to make a playlist for your senior year, and the senior ceremony, what songs would you add? Keep in mind, these have to be school appropriate (obviously!). We will combine everyone's suggestions and let students vote from the most popular! Give 3 suggestions, please.
IF we are able to provide senior shirts, what color would you like best? (most popular color wins). If we do give out shirts, they will be free (one per student) and handed out just before senior ceremony practice. *
