Job Summary
The Studio Manager is an integral piece of the studio management team. The Studio Manager is responsible for the overall management and operations of individual studio/location(s). This person will be an essential part of the guest experience and will be responsible for developing connections and building a community through daily operations. Time management and organization are key traits in successfully managing a studio and cultivating a strong community of riders. Managers will be responsible for sales/volume goals each month.
Summary of Essential Job Functions of a Studio Manager at Rev'd
· Manage hiring, training and scheduling for front desk staff

· Work necessary desk shifts

· Maintain studio equipment and schedule monthly maintenance

· Maintain inventory on studio supplies and maintenance; order supplies when needed

· Maintain cleanliness of studio throughout the week; schedule cleanings

· Become the face of the studio and create a positive workplace

· Work directly with instructor staff on development and continued growth

· Plan and execute studio events with support of Marketing and Events Managers (& Senior Management)

· Responsible for addressing all studio specific rider issues (studio email responses)

· Drive rider development and retention in the studio by focusing on sales and customer service

· Drive marketing and promotions at the studio with support of Marketing and Events Manager (& Senior Management)
Skills and Qualifications
· Willingness to work flexible schedule

· Weekend availability

· Excellent organization and time management skills

· Willingness to be adaptable at any given time

· Ability to set priorities to ensure all deadlines are met

· Be future-oriented with the ability to plan for projects

· Positive “can-do” attitude

· All hands-on deck mentality

· Personal passion for fitness and the REV’D brand
Compensation
· Annual base salary

· Monthly bonuses on hitting targets for rider volume goals (depending on studio)

o Ex. Grow studio volume per rider month over month from 1300-1600 riders and receive a bonus based on the target.

· Unlimited vacation time – within reason (paid)

· 2 weeks sick time (paid)
