General
- I have the right to decline any commission without reason or explanation
- I have the right to change my terms of service at any time. Altered terms will not apply to past commissions, or commission begun under prior terms
- All commissions are digital files, and will be distributed to the commissioner as per an agreed method
- Unless otherwise specified, all times, dates, and prices are New Zealand Based (NZ dollar, NZDT time zone)
Commissioning
- Prices are as listed here
- Any prices outside of the list will be negotiated on a case by case basis
- I do not accept reservations nor do I have a waiting list
- When providing me with references, you must ensure you have full permission for usage of original content as depicted by the references
Payment
- All international payments must be through paypal
- Payment dates will be arranged per commissioner throughout the process of the commission, however failure to pay within 7 days unless agreed otherwise will result in a termination of the commission
- I have the right to change my rates at any time without reason or explanation.
Altered rates will not affect commissions begun on previous rates
- If the commissioner wants to cancel the commission, deposits will be nonrefundable if I have begun the commission
- If I cancel the commission, all deposits will be refunded
Creation Process
- Order of commissioning does not reflect the order of work
- All commissions will receive at least one opportunity for review and minor revisions. Revisions outside of the prestated opportunities will be conducted upon my terms
- Progress reports will come at key stages, or when requested by commissioner
- Deadlines can be negotiated at time of commissioning, and will affect pricing on a case by case basis
- Major changes and/or additions can be negotiated throughout creation process, though can be refused and may be subject to additional costs
Rights
- I retain all rights to my creative works, with the right to repost, republish, and use and sell my artworks. Profit will not be shared
- Commissioner may not make profit off a commissioned piece unless negotiated at the time of commissioning, subject to increased prices
- I claim no rights to characters or other intellectual property used while creating a commission
