SSAT/ISEE Fee Waiver Form
LWHS has moved to a test-optional policy (please go to www.lwhs.org/test-optional for our full statement). If you still choose to submit a SSAT test score, the full cost of the test is $144. If you choose to submit an ISEE score, the full cost of the test is $125-$195. LWHS has fee waivers available for families for whom the registration fee would be a financial hardship. Please fill out this form and a member of the LWHS Admissions Team will respond with a waiver code.
