SUMMER STRETCH IS SCHEDULED FOR THURSDAYS, JUNE 16, 23, JULY 7, 14, 28, and AUGUST 4, FROM 12-noon to 5:00pm

This online form is used to register:
1. Your Child (incoming 6th grade through incoming 9th grade, for 2022-2023 school year)

2. High School Helpers

3. Parent Helpers

For data collection, please fill out one form for EACH Child or High School Helper. There is a check-box for Adult Helpers in the Parent/Guardian section. Registration is due by Thursday, June 2nd.
