CANCELLATION & PAYMENT POLICY
Our programs are offered on a first-come/first-served basis and are funded entirely by grants, donations, and modest programs fees which we are committed to keeping low. Many of our programs also rely on the support of volunteers who donate their passion, energy and time to being on the farm with us and your students. As such, last-minute cancelations and changes in group size pose a number of significant challenges including: inefficient use of resources (food and materials prepared in advance), logistical complications in coordinating intern/staff/volunteer schedules and hours, lost program revenue, and- most disappointingly- a missed opportunity for another student group to visit and enjoy the farm on that date. We require a 72 hour cancellation notice for a full refund. Failure to do so will result in expectation of full payment in the amount listed in the confirmation letter you will receive.
I have read and accept the terms and conditions outlined in TVF's cancelation and payment policy. *
