2023 MASO State Class 1 Referee Registration

Please complete this form to register for a 2023 MASO State Class 1 Fitness Test & Zoom Clinic. You only need to pass one of the tests to fulfill the fitness testing requirement & the USSF Regional test (being a more difficult test) will count for all organizations (MSRA [USSF], NISOA [College], & MASO [HS]). You also only need to attend one of the Zoom clinics to fulfill the clinic requirement.

If you did not make it to one of the scheduled fitness test you may contact a member of the Referee Development and Testing Committee: Stephen Peats, Charlie Brown, Michael Pullen, Brad Ala or Brad Fogg to administer a test at a mutually agreed upon time and date for a $25.00 fee.
