Please have your coach or spirit captain fill out this form ONCE at the conclusion of EACH game that you play. Please note that "3" is a “Good” score, as it is indicative of an average game.

From USAU's Spirit Score sheet:
"It is expected that a typical game is a Good game with scores of 3 to 4 from both teams. It’s better to address problems early than to mark the other team down at the end – your opponent should not be surprised by the score given. Spirit scoring is a group effort, so discuss this as a team."
"And remember, Spirit of the Game is mindful behavior practiced by players prior to, during and after a game, in a mutual effort to protect the basic joy of play."

3 – Showed adequate knowledge of the rules; generally exhibited respect; conflicts were resolved plainly and without incident

4 – Showed above average knowledge of the rules; respect shown throughout the game; conflicts were resolved favorably and without incident

5 – Showed excellent knowledge of the rules; highest level of respect shown throughout game; conflicts were resolved amicably and without incident
