Our capacity for this incredible program is extremely limited, so we are only able to accept the artists who are in a position to benefit most from this program. Please use this application to honestly communicate the current state of your business, where you would like your business to go, and how you think LHU can help you get there.
The goal of LHU is to bring successful artists into the next stage of their careers. We will work with you to decide what that looks like, and together we will create a practical business plan to get there.
LHU Alumni will have successfully completed their program once they scale their business above $350k EBITDA (Earnings Before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation, and Amortization) per year, this is expected to take 3-5 years, but may be shorter if you have already began building a new revenue stream.
The plan outlined in LHU will be designed to have the ability to scale up to ~$2MM per year, once that level is reached, your business strategy will likely need to be adjusted to continue meaningful growth.
ELIGIBILITY: In order to be eligible for LHU, artists must currently be collecting over $100k per year Gross Revenue, and must be prepared to spend up to 12 hrs per week working on LHU curriculum for the entirety of the 12 week program. Artists must be prepared to continue working on business development for at least 8 hrs per week over the following 3-5 years to successfully execute their business plan.
LHU is not designed to be easy, it is designed to help you build a big, beautiful business. We will do everything in our power to give you every tool and resource needed to succeed, and in exchange we need you to put your all into building something incredible.
