We have been giving shout outs in the morning announcements for the things we can see at our end, ixl work, checking in Epic, completely assignments, but we when we are at school we are usually celebrating the kind acts at the extras the students do to help the community.  
We want to know the wonderful things your kids are doing at home.  It can be ANYTHING that you are proud of them for accomplishing in the past few weeks, learning related (my high schooler taught herself to crochet from a video), family related (helping around the house), faith related (praying for those in need or doing other Christian acts), anything.  Learning from home is hard, being at home together is a blessing, but also sometimes a challenge, anything your child does to be a positive light, the light of Jesus to your family, please share so we can celebrate them!
