The South Portland City Council makes appointments to regional and citizen boards and commissions that seek representatives from South Portland.  These appointments are made as vacancies occur and annually in January at a City Council meeting.   While the City Council makes appointments to these boards, they are not city committees governed by City ordinances.  These boards and commissions are listed below.
