Campership Request Form
Thank you for reaching out.  Every year, donors in our community make it possible to send kids to camp by helping offset the costs of their trip.  Young Life works to make every dollar count.

We do not need to know the specifics of your financial situation.  Instead, we simply ask that your family commits to pray about this before letting us know the total amount you are able to contribute towards your camper's cost.  After completing this form, you will receive an e-mail with a "Coupon Code" that will allow you to register your camper.

If you have more than one camper traveling with us, please complete a separate form for each camper and each trip.
