Looking After You & Your Team Seminar

We will be holding a seminar with our partner Headspace Greensborough ‘Looking after you and your team’ Wednesday the 15th of December 6pm-7pm at Eltham High School.

This seminar has been renamed from ‘The Boxing-Out Anxiety’ seminar to emphasise what the seminar will be primarily based around.

We believe this is such a great opportunity for all members of the Wildcats family and beyond to learn important tips and skills in supporting and identifying mental health difficulties in our community and to have any questions they may have answered by a qualified mental health care professional.

We are so excited to be holding this event and highly encourage you to share with family, friends or anyone you think could benefit.

There will be an open Q&A at the end of the session but we encourage any questions you may already have to be added to the question section you will find in the registration link.
