MSU STEM Ambassador Program Application
Please fill out the application below to be considered for the 2023 STEM Ambassador Program cohort. Faculty, post docs, graduate students, and research staff at Michigan State University who have an active program of research in a STEM discipline are eligible to apply. Applications are due September 4, 2023.

The STEM Ambassador Program is a research and public engagement project funded by the National Science Foundation (NSF Award #1514494 and 1906408). Scientists participating in the training will be asked to complete surveys and interviews about their experience.

Important Dates
The average time commitment for STEMAP is typically 6-8 hours per month but can vary depending on the type of engagement project you choose to pursue. Below is a tentative schedule of program activities. All workshops and group meetings will be in-person only at the Kellogg Center. Please confirm your availability and note any scheduling conflicts in the comments.

Scheduling conflicts do not necessarily preclude you from participating in STEMAP.
