Welcome to Zumba® Kids - Where Fitness Meets Fun! 

 Welcome to the dynamic Zumba® Kids class tailored for pre-school to year 6 students. It's not just a dance class; it's an adventure where children can be active, groove out to their favorite music, and develop lifelong healthy habits.

What to Expect: Zumba® Kids is a fusion of fitness and fun! 

The kid-friendly routines draw inspiration from World music, current hits, and movie soundtracks. I break down the steps, infuse games, activities, and cultural exploration, making every class engaging and educational. 

 The Benefits: Dance is more than just movement; it's a key to fostering a healthy lifestyle and a natural integration of fitness into children's lives. Our classes go beyond dance, incorporating vital elements of childhood development such as leadership, respect, teamwork, confidence, self-esteem, memory, creativity, coordination, and cultural awareness.  

Term 1 Classes are held Tuesdays at St. Joseph's Laurieton - School Hall
$130 per term (10 sessions)

ARRIVAL: Your child will go to the School Hall after school where they are supervised. I meet them in the Hall and we begin at 3.15pm.

CLOTHING - It is best that your child wears 'runners' to exercise in. They are welcome to stay in their school uniform or change. 
WATER - Bring a bottle of water. 
SNACK - Children are encouraged to eat a snack and have a drink before starting.

COLLECTION:  During the class session parents are kindly asked to wait outside of the hall.

Late Collection Fee: Leanne Hyland reserves the right to charge a late collection Fee of $15 for every 15 minutes after the completion of the session. *

I, give permission for my child named above to participate in Zumba®️ Kids classes run by Leanne Hyland. I realise that participation in this activity involves risk of injury. Fitness activities and programs require that my child must be in good health and have no condition that could endanger his/her wellbeing through participation. I will notify Leanne Hyland of any such conditions in writing prior to attending the class. I hereby waive and release Leanne Hyland, from any and all claims of liability including accidents or injury whilst on or about the premises.

Cancellation Policy:
All Classes paid for as a term or block are non-refundable, and I can not offer credits for missed sessions.

In the unfortunate event where the instructor becomes unwell and cannot take the class, parents will be notified and a make-up class or refund will be provided.

I acknowledge that I have read and completed all of the above questions as required by Leanne Hyland in order for my child to be enrolled in her program.

I absolutely love to dance, I am qualified in teaching Zumba Fitness and Zumba Kids and Kids Jr. I have a Cert III in Group Fitness and a First Aid Certificate. I am a highly experienced Primary School Teacher who loves to teach Dance. I have a WWC check and I provide a safe environment for children.
