StudyPerth permits volunteers to use the StudyPerth Uber account for travel to and from the Airport for Shift 1 (5.00am to 9.00am) or Shift 4 (10.00pm to 2.00am). Uber will only be used for travel to/from your assigned shift at the StudyPerth Airport Welcome Desk. Uber travel on the StudyPerth account must be taken to/from your registered home address. Using StudyPerth’s Uber account for personal travel or to un-authorised destinations will result in instant dismissal, travel and meals vouchers owed will be withheld and the volunteer will not receive a Certificate of Service.

I, acknowledge that I consent to the disclosure and usage of any photograph or video taken of me as part of the promotion by StudyPerth for the purposes of using the photograph and video in any promotional, marketing and advertising material in connection to the StudyPerth brand including, without limitation to branding and collateral (Purpose). I waive any rights, claims or interest that I may have over the control or use of the Photograph by StudyPerth for the Purpose and I acknowledge and consent for StudyPerth to use the photograph for the Purpose without remuneration or compensation.
