Libertas Scholars Class Registration 2020-21

You are REQUESTING classes for the 2020-21 academic year. This form must be completed for EACH STUDENT. To be enrolled in classes you must have submitted a Family Application (one per family) and application fee (one per student). Once your Family Application has been approved, the scholar will be assigned to the classed requested. You will be notified once the class has been confirmed with the class schedule and tuition due. (Each class must have a minimum of 9 students and will have a cap of 15 students.) Returning scholars will have priority until March 6. After March 6, classes will be filled by date registered. Classes will be offered on-campus two Tuesdays a month and virtually / on-line all other times. We have added a Community Day for ALL enrolled students one Monday a month (please see the calendar for dates.) Students may also opt to be VIRTUAL ONLY if desired. KH-3 Program is VIRTUAL only, other than the Community Day.

You will be required to choose a class option for every period on this form. Please choose NOT ON CAMPUS (or STUDY HALL) if it is an hour your student will not be taking classes at Libertas offered that hour. You will only be charged a Study Hall Fee if your student is utilizing Study Hall on campus.
