Little Steps is an enrichment program presented by the Hermiston School District for parents and preschoolers.  Once a month your child will receive an email requesting his or her attendance at that month's program.  

Due to the Hermiston School District's Comprehensive Distance Learning plan currently in place, all events will be offered virtually and/or via packets until we can safely return to hosting you in our schools.

The intent of the virtual Little Steps’ program is to maintain as much of the offerings as you would receive if in-person.  There will be stories and songs provided in video form revolving around a central theme each month.  Home packets will be compiled to provide activities to reflect components of a preschool program on a miniature scale.  As a parent, you will learn ideas and strategies on how to best prepare your child to enter kindergarten.

This Title One funded monthly program is FREE to all preschoolers, ages 3 - 5, who are residents within the Hermiston School District boundaries.
