A Zoom link will be emailed to the address you provided at the top of this form the week prior to the class starting. It will be the same link for all class dates so please save it in you calendar or browser. If you need to contact me prior to class, please email at EmpowerLC.lisa@gmail.com. 

Cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to the date of the class to receive a refund. If cancelled within 48 hours, your registration fee will be applied to a future class with Empower Learning Center. Refunds after class begins are not permitted.
