This self-assessment will take approximately 15-20 minutes to complete. It is designed to help you identify may may be missing from your DEI approach in order to ensure it is sustainable.

The questions will ask about personnel involved in DEI, activities and initiatives, employee attitudes towards DEI, organizational commitment to DEI, programming and communication, current challenges, and priorities. Your answers will determine what stage of DEI integration your organization may currently be at and which actions to focus on to build a more impactful and sustainable DEI approach.

After submitting your responses, you'll receive a report that will help you answer the questions, how sustainable is my DEI strategy and what should I focus on based on where my organization is at currently?
